• Buy-back guarantee on used equipment: We love loyal customers! That’s why we offer a fixed buy-back guarantee so you can always shop without worry. When you buy used equipment from us, you can get 80% of the purchase price back, less 2% per month for the first 12 months and only 1% per month thereafter.

How our price guarantee works

Before you buy:
If you find a comparable product at a lower price on a competitor’s website, we promise to match the price with the following adjustments:

• Condition rating: For differences in product condition (e.g. perfect vs. good), the comparison price is adjusted by ±10% per rating difference.
• Composition of golf sets: If the number of clubs in a comparable set varies, the comparison price will be adjusted by ±10% per club. For example, a set of 6 clubs compared to a set of 5 will result in a +10% adjustment, while 5 clubs compared to 7 will result in a ±20% adjustment.

We match the adjusted price even if the competitor’s price is lower after shipping costs are added.

When do we match a competitor’s price?

We match prices on products that meet the following criteria:

• Sold by an EU-based company with a minimum 12-month warranty.
• In stock, publicly announced and available for immediate purchase.

When do we not match a price?

We cannot match prices for:

• Products from companies outside the EU.
• Products that are out of stock, part of a private promotion, or not covered by a minimum 6-month product warranty.

How to request a price match

Follow these simple steps:

2. Type “Price guarantee” in the subject line.
3. Enter your name, address and order number (if applicable).
4. Describe the product and the competing price you want matched.
5. Attach a screenshot of the competitor’s site showing the product and price.
6. Send your email!

Response deadline

Our customer service team processes price guarantee requests as quickly as possible. All requests will receive a response, even those that cannot be approved.
